Our shared services are here to make sure that your physical therapists can spend their time doing what they love – treating patients and getting them back to their lives. Here are some of the departments that work every day to make your practice the best it can be.

  • Centralized Scheduling

    Our centralized scheduling team is here to ensure that potential patients have a seamless scheduling experience when they reach out to any of our partners. Our schedulers have an intimate knowledge of our partners’ locales and scheduling procedures, and are available to help patients with any and all scheduling needs via text, email, phone call, or live chat on our websites.

  • Compliance

    Our compliance department ensures that all our partners are following the relevant regulatory and legal requirements in their area and helps to guide them in adherence to those policies.

  • Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable

    The finance team at Confluent Health maintains our partners’ financial services, including accounts payable and receivable. They make sure our physical therapist partners are able to spend less time staring at numbers, and more time treating patients.

  • Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

    Our HR team assists our partners with planning, coordination, and administrative functions. They help, alongside the Talent Acquisition team, with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, as well as serving as a link between Confluent Health and employees nationwide.

  • Integration Team

    The integration team at Confluent handles the transition of our partners to the Confluent Health family, ensuring that all the partner’s needs are met and that the integration is as seamless and beneficial to the partner as possible.

  • IT

    Our information technology team handles the digital security and technological needs of our partners.

  • Marketing, Social Media, and Public Relations

    The Hive’s marketing team is responsible for a variety of needs for our partners, including: creative materials, social media management, email marketing, website management, public relations efforts, digital campaigns, online listings, and more.

  • Payer Contracting & Credentialing

    Our payer contracting defines and explains a provider’s reimbursement arrangement for delivering healthcare services within different plans. Payer contracts cover reimbursement rates, provider networks, medical necessity, and provider credentialing, all of which has an impact on negotiating rates, benefits, and more. We take care of the paperwork so our partners can focus on providing top-notch care.
