Texas Physical Therapy Specialists to Become Official Physical Therapy Provider of Texas State University Athletics
Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) has signed an agreement, effective immediately, with Learfield’s Texas State Sports Properties to be the official physical therapy provider for Texas State University Athletics for the next three seasons.
The agreement recognizes TexPTS as the official provider of physical therapy services to all of the Bobcats athletic programs. Additionally, TexPTS will provide injury reports during pre- and post- football game radio shows.
“TexPTS is proud to kick off its inaugural season with the Bobcats, and we look forward to a successful and injury-free year,” said Larry Benz, PT, DPT, MBA, MAPP, OCS, TexPTS CEO.
“Taking a larger role in supporting Texas State Bobcat Athletics on all fronts is important to TexPTS,” says Chris Baker, PT, DPT, DC, MS, DACBN, TexPTS co-owner. “We have a mutual interest in keeping both the student-athletes and fans healthy and happy as we all look forward to a great year cheering on the Bobcats.”
