Steve is a founding partner and co-CEO of ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Northwestern University and is currently enrolled in the Evidence in Motion Postprofessional DPT program.
Steve is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Private Practice Section. He has previously held positions on the Oregon Physical Therapy Licensing Board, Oregon Physical Therapy-Political Action Committee, Oregon Physical Therapy Association Government Affairs Committee and The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy. He continues to participate with the Oregon Physical Therapy Licensing Board volunteering on rules making committees.
Personal time is spent with family and friends, cycling, walking and hiking.

Andrea received her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in May 2004. Andrea also obtained her MBA through the University of Phoenix in February 2007.
She is certified by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy, and is a certified garment fitter for Juzo and Jobst Elvarex.

Andrew Bennett holds a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), is board certified In Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS), and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT). Dr. Bennett was the primary therapist for the Air Force Special Forces Rescue and Survival Teams and served as Director of the Physical Therapy Oral-Maxillofacial Pain Clinic at Lackland Air Force Base for several years before working in a private practice setting.
Dr. Bennett is adjunct faculty and guest lecturer for physical therapy programs at Texas State University in San Marcos, Regis University in Denver, CO, The US Army-Baylor Program at Fort Sam Houston, TX and provides clinical Instruction into the Evidence In Motion Post Graduate Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency and the Evidence In Motion Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. He has been recognized for excellence in clinical education by the Texas Consortium and is a recipient of the Warren C. Smyth award in recognition of professional clinical and educational expertise, innovative delivery of care, commitment to physical therapy private practice, and community service. Additionally, he was chosen by the San Antonio Business Journal as a 2015 recipient of their 40 Under 40 awards.
Dr. Bennett and his wife, Heather, met while finishing their undergraduate training in physical therapy as classmates. Heather was instrumental in helping to establish TexPTS and is now the CEO of the Bennett home and their six children.

He is the recipient of numerous business and physical therapy awards including the Kentucky Physical Therapy’s Outstanding Physical Therapists award and Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the year for his region. Marcia has over 25 years of clinical orthopedic physical therapy experience. Originally earning her degree in Michigan she has been a developer and owner in physical therapy out-patient private practices in Kentucky for 19 years. Her interest in active lifestyle and rehabilitation came through her years playing collegiate sports in volleyball and track &field.
As an owner of multiple outpatient private practices since 2000 she promotes clinical excellence through educational opportunity and professional development of each of the physical therapists she leads. Her affinity of business development, operations implementation, and passion for physical therapy have allowed her to lead ProRehab to become the preeminent provider of outpatient physical therapy in Kentucky. Marcia strongly advocates for the profession by serving on the KPTA socioeconomic committee and payment policy committee. She currently serves on the Board at the Norton Commons YMCA and is actively participating in the planning of the new West Louisville YMCA and will be opening an outpatient clinic in the newest YMCA to Louisville.
She loves education and learning as well as enjoys traveling and various warm weather outdoor activities with her 3 children and husband.

A distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, David Browder received his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the Army-Baylor Physical Therapy program in 1999. He then completed several post-professional programs while practicing in the US Air Force, including a MS in Advanced Orthopedic PT and a post-professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Browder has also attained Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS) and completed the Center for Rehab Services and University of Pittsburgh Orthopedic Manual Therapy Fellowship. More recently he completed Evidence In Motion’s Executive Program in Private Practice Management and is attending the University of Texas at Dallas, Jindahl School of Management’s certificate program in professional executive coaching.
Dr. Browder left the Air Force to join TexPTS in 2008. As the Regional Director for TexPTS in Austin, Dr. Browder splits his time between leadership and management, teaching and patient care. Low back pain, neck pain and headaches are special areas of interest. He has instructed continuing education courses for many years in these areas and has authored and coauthored several publications in peer-reviewed journals (Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy, Manual Therapy, Spine, Physical Therapy). He was awarded the 2004 Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy ‘George J. Davies – James A. Gould Excellence in Clinical Inquiry Award’.
Dr. Browder has 2 children – both boys and both swimmers. He can often be found at 5 AM on Saturday mornings cheering them on. A graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy (1994), John D. Childs completed his Masters in Physical Therapy (MPT) from US Army-Baylor University (1996), Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona (2000), PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh (2003), and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Evidence In Motion Institute of Health Professions (2010). Dr. Childs is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).
An Associate Professor in the US Army-Baylor Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy, Dr. Childs has received numerous research grants from federal and professional funding agencies and has published over 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts in leading scientific journals. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for both the Physical Therapy and Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy journals. Among many research, teaching, and practice awards, Dr. Childs has received the profession’s highest honor, being named a Catherine Worthingham Fellow of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Most importantly, John is a follower of Christ, which means he’d better be a darn good husband to his beautiful wife (and homeschooling Mom), Amy, and father to his 5 wonderful children, Emma (16), Lauren (14), Luke (11), Logan (8), and Lily (5). Not much else matters if you don’t get this right.

Scott Crook, PT, is the Performance Physical Therapy Founder and Clinic Director, and a partner in Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy.
Scott graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Physical Therapy and has over 27 years of experience as a physical therapist. He specializes in sports and orthopedic physical therapy and has worked with all levels of athletes in sports ranging from ballet to rugby. However, his expertise is in rehabilitation of baseball injuries.
Scott also has extensive experience working with neck and back injuries with people of all ages. He has directed speed training camps and sports specific performance training with emphasis on strengthening areas to prevent injuries as well as improve performance.
Scott founded Performance Physical Therapy on January 3, 2011 with support from his wife, Cindy, who is also a physical therapist.

Physical Therapy Central is a rapidly growing private practice that was selected as Practice of the Year in 2010 by ADVANCE Magazine. Dr. Finley is nationally recognized in the area of clinical education and was awarded the Signe Brunnstrom Award for Excellence in clinical teaching by the American Physical Therapy Association. She was awarded the Chapter Founders Award in 2017 by the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association for outstanding contributions to the physical therapy profession.
She is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapists. Bridgit was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Casady High School many years ago. Bridgit received a B.S. in physical therapy from The University of Oklahoma in 1994. In March of 2005, she graduated from the University of Arizona Health Sciences with a doctorate degree in physical therapy. In December of 2009, Bridgit graduated from Evidence in Motions Executive Program in Private Practice Management and in 2013 she obtained her fellowship status. In 2012 she received the Alumni Achievement Award from Casady High School. She currently lives in Oklahoma City with her partner and a very playful French bulldog named Gerty. She travels all over the world in search of the best cup of coffee and has a dream of someday of growing her own food from her garden.

Jim earned a B.S. in Sports Medicine from Marietta College and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. His professional career brought him to Lexington in 1996, where he eventually became supervisor of the University of Kentucky Sports Physical Therapy Department.
In 2002, he left the University of Kentucky to work for Drayer Physical Therapy Institute. During his eight years with Drayer, Jim served as Regional Vice President of Kentucky Operations and was responsible for developing the Kentucky region, where he opened five facilities and supervised over seventy employees. In May 2010, Jim left Drayer to open Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy.

Bradley received a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky. He has focused experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and general physical therapy conditions including extremity and neck/back disorders. His post-graduate focus has been on biomechanical and functional progression with an emphasis on manual therapy. He has served as a clinical instructor and CCCE for several physical therapy schools, and has a passion for helping fellow physical therapists develop.
Bradley was an 8-time All-American Rifle team member at the University of Kentucky and a member of the USA Shooting Team from 1998-2004, during which time he competed in international competitions including World Cups, World Championships, Championships of the Americas, and the Pan Am Games. He has participated in training as a classifier for the USA Paralympic Shooting Team.
