Professional Skills Development
The Academy of Clinical Excellence (ACE) is Confluent Health’s program for reward and advancement based on measured changes in expertise. Advanced certifications and degrees are combined with servant leadership achievement to earn points culminating in higher levels of recognition. The program is individually driven, but has close support of personal mentor allowing for higher levels of collaboration.
APTA–Certified Evidence In Motion (EIM) Residency
EIM’s Residency Program at Confluent Health is a post-professional clinical residency that allows a third-year student, or licensed PT, to choose from Confluent Health’s family of companies to facilitate the completion of an EIM Residency.
APTA–Certified Evidence In Motion (EIM) Fellowship Scholarships
EIM’s Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship is the hallmark of the physical therapy profession in elevating clinical leadership. The APTA-credentialed / AAOMPT-recognized EIM Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy helps therapists gain the highest level skills in the integration of advanced manual physical therapy techniques, educating students and fellow PT’s, clinic based research, and the business of PT.
PTVille 1 and 2
This is Confluent Health’s Executive Leadership and Development Program for therapists. Participants are chosen based on demonstrated performance, passion, and aptitude in their journey as future leaders of our organization. The course is filled with exciting activities and training that are designed specifically for this group of future leaders. Participants can expect to enhance their business savvy of private practice management.
Several benefits can be used to convert some or all of maternity leave to paid leave with extended illness days and non-taxable short-term disability. New mothers can ease the transition back to work receiving full time pay with a reduced work schedule for an additional four (4) weeks. PT Help for Haiti
After the devastating earthquake in 2010, Larry Benz, Confluent Health’s CEO, delivered physical and occupational therapy to the shattered citizens of the small community. This endeavor has turned into the community’s first permanent physical therapy clinic – The Jacmel Clinic. The Confluent family of clinics still helps to staff the Jacmel clinic with volunteer therapists without using their Paid Time Off.
Confluent Health has partnered with technology company, FitRankings, which provides a digital fitness community for Confluent employees to connect while providing some friendly competition.
