Kimberly Mascaro, CMO & Executive Vice President, Confluent Health, maintains a consistent commitment to providing mentorship, respect, and inspirational leadership to her immediate marketing team of 12 and team of 45 marketing representatives representing over 350 locations, and a $7.5 million marketing budget. In addition to her leadership at Confluent Health, Kim has ongoing oversight for multi-site physical therapy providers’ marketing and business development functions. Kim’s focus is on increasing the number of lives impacted by getting patients with pain and dysfunction into the most effective pathway of care quickly to minimize their need for costly imaging, prescription pain medications, and surgeries that could have been prevented.
Kim focuses on coaching and mentoring colleagues, friends, and her nine nieces. She encourages grace, resiliency, and transparency as critical attributes to their success in the workforce and as future leaders. She also likes to provide historical context and kudos to the women who were in the generation before her, as she touts that they were the ones who truly paved the way and changed how the workplace viewed women. Armed with this ideology, Kim has been taking the company to new heights.
