Bill started his human resources career at Caremark Orthopedic Services, a division of Baxter Healthcare, a Fortune 100 company. During his tenure at Caremark, he was promoted four times over a brief five-year period. Responsibilities included processing payroll for over 4000 employees, functioning as a compensation and systems analyst as well as supporting two divisions within the Caremark organization in a human resources generalist capacity. A privately held outpatient dialysis provider, Dialysis Centers of America (DCA) was Bill’s next opportunity. At DCA Bill created a human resource function from the ground up. For fourteen years Bill held senior leadership positions within Brookdale Senior Living and Senior Lifestyle Corporation. These aggressive growth seniors housing providers both experienced over two hundred percent growth during his tenure.
In addition to over thirty years of HR experience, Bill has an undergraduate and MBA in human resources from Loyola University Chicago.
