Executive Team | Bridget Morehouse

Ms. Morehouse is the Chief Revenue Officer for Confluent Health. In her role she oversees Confluent partnerships with employers and health plans, supports revenue cycle, and manages credentialing.  Prior to joining Confluent, she was the Senior Vice President of Contracts and Pricing for ATI Physical Therapy from 2009-2020; managing their direct to employer contracts, payer relations and overseeing the managed care contracting. While at ATI she served on the board of directors for the Alliance for Physical Therapy Quality Initiatives (APTQI), advocating for national payment policies. She has also consulted for Luna Physical Therapy, US Physical Therapy, and Ivy Rehab. She maintains ongoing relationships with major payers like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care, Humana, and Cigna.

In addition, Ms. Morehouse led the APTA Private Practice Section Payment Policy committee from 2011-2017, assuring that the association membership was informed of current and upcoming payment policy changes. She regularly presents for APTA on reimbursement and payment policy changes and has several published articles addressing payment issues. Ms. Morehouse is also an adjunct faculty for the Physical Therapy program at Marquette University. She is a member of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association.
