Todd Coke SVP of Finance & Accounting, Confluent Health

As a licensed CPA, Todd has more than 30 years of experience in M&A, finance and accounting. As Chief Accounting Officer for Confluent Health, Todd oversees all accounting functions, including Treasury, Financial Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Taxation.

His background includes extensive expertise in construction and healthcare finance and operations, including stints with the construction / real estate development firms of Crosspath Group, DMK Development Group and FDH Velocitel Infrastructure Services, senior housing operators Trilogy Health Services and Atria Senior Living, as well as acute care hospital operator, Merit Health Systems.

At Crosspath Group, Todd served as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all accounting and finance functions, including the initial equity raise process for the company’s pipeline of industrial warehouse construction projects.

Prior to joining CrossPath Group, Todd served as Chief Financial Officer for DMK Development Group which is a prominent developer and general contractor in the senior housing industry. As CFO, Todd was responsible for DMK’s strategic financial planning, including modeling and financing of all development projects, developing performance measures, investor and lender relations as well as all financial operations, reporting and risk mitigation.

Todd served as CFO for FDH Velocitel Infrastructure Services, which provides civil engineering, nondestructive evaluation and construction services primarily related to communications towers, bridges and dams. At FDH Velocitel, he led the relocation of the company’s corporate offices from Irvine, CA, to Northbrook, IL, revamped the monthly financial reporting process, and led integration efforts for the acquisition of FDH Engineering.

As VP of Finance and Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer for Merit Health Systems, Todd led the due diligence of potential acquisition targets and the integration of systems and staff in newly acquired hospitals, short and long-term financial projections, financial management and lender relations.
At Atria Senior Living, Todd held multiple senior level positions, including Director of Treasury Operations. Todd began his career as a senior auditor for the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Bellarmine University, holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation and is a member of both the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
