Confluent Health’s New National Headquarters Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Celebrates Company’s Continued Growth
The physical therapy powerhouse hosted local and regional government officials and the healthcare business community to reaffirm Louisville as national headquarters earlier today
Louisville, KY (August 17th, 2022) – Confluent Health was proud to officially open the doors to its new headquarters through a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier today. The event was attended by prestigious members of the community and government leaders, including Senator Mitch McConnell, Mayor Greg Fischer, Deputy Executive Director for the Governer’s Office of Innovation, Monique Quarterman, KY Senate Majority Caucus Chair Julie Raque Adams, Louisville Metro Council Member, Marilyn Parker, and the Chief of Regional Economic Growth for Greater Louisville Inc., Ben Pratt.

This expansion comes off the back of an explosive growth period for Confluent Health. The family of physical and occupational therapy companies saw their outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic footprint grow to 45 company partners, spanning 530+ outpatient clinics across 29 states.
And this upward trajectory does not appear to be losing momentum. Currently, Confluent Health headquarters employs 125 employees onsite and further anticipates the creation of over 300 full-time jobs across marketing, IT, human resources, and administrative and executive roles, furthering recent economic momentum in the Commonwealth.
Government leaders in the Commonwealth State attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony, sharing congratulatory remarks of Confluent Health’s commitment to economic development and job creation.
“It was an honor to join Larry Benz and the Confluent Health team for the ribbon cutting at their new headquarters in Louisville,” stated US Senate Minority Floor Leader, Mitch McConnell. “This historic investment will help cement my hometown’s reputation as a premier healthcare innovation hub and will bring jobs and development to our city.”
