Confluent Health Welcomes Lone Peak Physical Therapy to its National Network of Private Physical Therapy Practices
The acquisition adds 10 additional clinics across two new states to national footprint
Louisville, KY (April 17, 2024) – Confluent Health is proud to announce its newest acquisition of Lone Peak Physical Therapy (Lone Peak PT), a physical therapy company specializing in occupational, pelvic health and hand therapy. Lone Peak PT has 10 clinic locations across Montana and North Dakota.
