Within the last year, Confluent Health has implemented several programs and actions. [We] celebrated the grand opening of an expanded company headquarters, creating 350 full-time jobs and doubled the office space. The new headquarters includes an on-site gym and flexible workspaces that promote employee well-being and collaboration. These efforts reflect Confluent Health’s commitment to creating a positive work environment and fostering employee satisfaction.

One practice that Confluent Health has created for a workplace culture that fosters inclusion and belonging is The Honey Jar. The Honey Jar is an organized program that provides financial support to employees during catastrophic life events. It demonstrates a commitment to supporting employees in their time of need and highlights the company’s collective responsibility toward each other’s well-being. This practice fosters a sense of inclusivity and belonging by creating a supportive environment where employees feel cared for and valued beyond their professional contributions.
