Confluent Health Named to 2023 Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville
These 50 organizations rose to the top of program recognizes the importance of cultivating an exceptional workplace and with leaders that make an effort to ensure that their place of employment is a fulfilling place to work.
Our Best Places to Work program is administered by Omaha, Nebraska-based Quantum Workplace, which surveys employees about workplace policies, office conditions, management styles and more.
We made the request earlier this year for nominations for the Best Places program. Companies and nonprofits with an office in the Louisville area with at least 10 full-time or part-time, permanent employees (not including owners or partners) were able to participate. There is a minimum level of employee participation to be considered a Best Places to Work honoree.
These honorees were selected because of their employees’ feedback and not through outside judges like we use for some of our other programs. The survey asks employees to evaluate the organization in areas that include team effectiveness, alignment with goals, trust with coworkers, manager effectiveness and feeling valued, among other areas.
The 2023 Best Places to Work in Greater Louisville organizations fall into three categories: Those with 10-24 employees; those with 25-150 employees; and those with 151 or more employees. They represent all industries including nonprofits, health care, tech, logistics, professional services and some of Louisville’s fastest growing companies.
There will be more about these honorees and the numerical rankings for each category below will be revealed in a special section in the Aug. 4, 2023, edition of Business First and online.
